These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CLIMB mobile application ("App") operated by CLIMB ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CLIMB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
To use CLIMB, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

You retain ownership of the habit data and content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLIMB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
